1. Purpose & Applicability

This policy exists to ensure fair, reliable, and equitable access to Yzo.ai for every user. It is designed to prevent misuse or excessive consumption that could compromise system performance or disrupt other users' experience.

This Fair Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Yzo.ai, you agree to comply with it.

2. Fair & Reasonable Use

“Unlimited” refers to typical personal or professional headshot usage within normal user behavior. It does not grant a right to consume resources without limit or in ways unrelated to genuine headshot needs.

Any use that is abnormal, excessive, or not genuinely needed — for example, automated bulk uploads or resale of AI-generated outputs — is considered misuse and is covered under this policy.

3. Examples of Misuse

The following activities are not permitted under unlimited plans:

• Sharing or reselling generated headshots or account access with third parties (e.g., agencies or teams not on their own plan).
• Automating high-volume uploads or actions inconsistent with typical individual use.
• Using Yzo.ai outputs to train external AI models or power other AI systems.
• Abusing referral incentives, promotional programs, or credit systems in bad faith.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Yzo.ai reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and detect behavior that negatively impacts service quality for others. If usage is deemed excessive or abusive, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Request that you reduce or modify your usage.
• Temporarily limit access to certain features.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
• Terminate service without refund in cases of clear abuse.

5. Support on Usage Issues

If you believe usage controls or account actions have been applied in error, you may contact our support team with an explanation of your legitimate use case.

We review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions where usage is determined to be appropriate. Reach out at hi@yzo.ai.

6. Updates & Communication

Yzo.ai may update this policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

If you choose not to accept changes, you may discontinue use of the service in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
